More Life
More Life is Cult North's talent development trajectory for young people who want to discover and develop their passion. Through music, spoken word, photography, film, visual arts, and other creative disciplines, participants build their talent, self-confidence, and future prospects. We focus on possibilities rather than problems and help young people discover where their energy lies. Alongside creative development, attention is paid to personal growth, education, work, and entrepreneurship. The program is accessible to both beginner and advanced creators. Young people learn to collaborate, present, and take responsibility for their own development. More Life partners with SOL Rotterdam, Stichting LES, and WMO Radar to ensure participants receive support outside the creative trajectory when needed.

Pure Love
Pure Love is Cult North's platform for singer-songwriters, neo-soul, R&B, and alternative musicians. Within the trajectory, participants work on songwriting, performance, ensemble playing, and developing their own artistic identity. Young people receive guidance from professional musicians and producers, learning how to present their music to an audience. Alongside artistic development, community, collaboration, and authenticity take center stage. The trajectory is suitable for both beginner and advanced musicians. Throughout the year, participants work towards living room sessions, concerts, and showcases. Pure Love is active in Rotterdam and Tilburg and collaborates with House of Knowledge, De Muziekwerf, and various venues and festivals.

Cult Beats
Cult Beats is Cult North's music production program for young producers, beatmakers, and musicians. Participants learn to produce, arrange, record, sample, and mix beats using professional software and equipment. In addition to technical skills, we focus on musicality, collaboration, and developing a unique sound. Topics such as copyrights, releases, and the music industry are also covered. The program is suitable for both beginner and advanced producers. Participants work on their own productions throughout the trajectory and build a portfolio. Cult Beats collaborates with Rotterdam Street Culture Week and Roffa.

Wordsome
Wordsome is Cult North's spoken word and writing platform. Here, young writers, poets, and spoken word artists develop their own voice and learn to write, recite, and perform. The trajectory places a strong emphasis on language, identity, and social themes. Participants work towards recitals, publications, and performances on various stages. Both beginner and experienced word artists receive guidance from professional creators. Wordsome is active in Rotterdam and Schiedam and collaborates with Spraakuhloos, The Word Club, TENT Rotterdam, Interlinked, and Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen.

Soft Circle
Soft Circle is a creative development program specifically for young women. Within a safe environment, participants work on themes such as identity, self-image, creativity, and personal growth. Art, fashion, photography, writing, and conversations form the core of the program. The themes are determined by the group themselves each trajectory, ensuring the program always resonates with the participants' lived experiences. Soft Circle stimulates encounters, connection, and mutual trust. The trajectory concludes with presentations where participants share their work with the audience and the community.

Unwind
Unwind is a program where mental health and creativity intersect. Through art, conversation, music, and reflection, young people are given the space to pause and reflect on themselves and their well-being. The program focuses on themes such as stress, performance pressure, emotions, identity, and resilience. Together with Erasmus University and Erasmus MC, we are developing new methodologies in which art is used as a tool for self-insight and personal development. Unwind offers a safe environment where young people can share experiences without judgment, with creativity serving as the gateway to connection and mental resilience.

Shorts
Shorts is Cult North's film and video program for young filmmakers and storytellers. Participants learn filming, editing, interviewing, directing, and translating stories into visuals. Storytelling is central: how do you make a video or documentary that moves people? The trajectory combines technique with creativity, allowing participants to work on their own productions. Shorts Videography collaborates with Rauwkost, Dion Bruce, Stichting SKLINE, and Grafisch Lyceum Rotterdam. The films created are screened at festivals, presentations, and online platforms.

Cult North Radio
Cult North Radio is Cult North's media platform where young creators learn to present, interview, create podcasts, and produce radio programs. Participants develop skills in storytelling, journalism, audio recording, and media. The platform offers a space for conversations about art, culture, social issues, and new music. Young people gain practical experience by producing episodes themselves and interviewing local creators. Cult North Radio collaborates with Productiehuis FLOW, Open Rotterdam, and Stanvaste Radio.

Wi Kulturu
Wi Kulturu focuses on awareness surrounding the Afro-diaspora, the transatlantic history of slavery, and cultural identity. Through art, conversations, heritage, and storytelling, young people investigate how history echoes into the present. The program stimulates dialogue, self-reflection, and connection between different communities. Together with partners, we develop methodologies applicable within education, welfare, and culture. Wi Kulturu collaborates with IkBenWij, NIVOZ, Stanvaste Radio, African Food Festival, Magbon, Keti Koti Rotterdam, and Stichting Gedeeld Verleden Gezamenlijke Toekomst. In this way, we connect heritage, education, and art in an accessible manner for young people.

Within The Class, personal guidance is central, tailored to the ambitions of each participant. The program prepares young creators for a sustainable career within the creative sector.
